Chloe con algunas puertas y fuentes

This wasn't supposed to be a quadrennial travel blog, but alas, four years have gone by since I posted! Time flies by when, you know, you live a life. But our current stay in San Miguel de Allende, in the mountains north of Mexico City, is definitely deserving of firing up the old travel blog (and what a trip down memory lane, looking back over all the fun things we did in the double 00's!).

We're only on our second day here, but already a recurring theme for Chloe is the rather spectacular array of doors, gates and fountains we encounter on our walks. Since this town has been populated for roughly 500 years, it's no surprise there are many, many examples of beautifully detailed and often Baroque architecture. I find photos of these subjects much more interesting with our little traveler in the picture, so here goes, the first selection of Chloe con algunas puertas y fuentes.
