I LOVE train travel! I wish Amtrak would get it together and I could take them everywhere. I used to take the train from Houston to Dallas for $31 before they stopped that line. Will and I took the train from Alpine to Houston after our wedding in Marfa. Such fun.
Isn't it interesting how rural it looks along parts of the lines and then so junky and forgotten as it goes through industrial parts of cities.
